Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join their family-owned business specialising in resin-bound materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content across various platforms, managing social media channels, CMS, website and creating compelling videos using Adobe /editing software. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to brand growth and visibility within a specialised industry. A strong understanding of public relations and social media management is essential to effectively promote their products and enhance their market presence.
You will be joining a national marketing team of 5, although will be the main marketer on site at this location (with full support for the marketing Manager and wider team)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies tailored to their target audience
- Manage and grow social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling and engagement
- Produce high-quality videos and visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Coordinate with the team to create compelling marketing campaigns that highlight product features and benefits
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise future marketing activities
- Foster positive relationships with media outlets, industry partners, and customers through effective public relations efforts
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation for diverse platforms
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar software
- Demonstrated ability to produce engaging video content tailored for digital audiences
- Knowledge of public relations strategies within a B2B or B2C environment is advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Degree or similar in Marketing / Creative
