Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative, ambitious and hands-on Marketing Executive to support our growth across digital, retail and consumer experiences.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll bring the Islands brand to life through content, community building, campaigns and activations across the UK.

With over 100% year-on-year growth for the past three years, this is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling, purpose-led challenger brand at an exciting stage.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Execution

·      Manage and execute a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok and Substack

·      Create engaging, on-brand content (video, photography and copy)

·      Support planning, shooting and editing of content and campaigns

·      Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

·      Stay on top of trends, tools and platform updates

Community & Influencer Engagement

·      Build and engage our online community (DMs, comments, mentions)

·      Support influencer outreach and partnerships

·      Identify emerging creators and collaboration opportunities

·      Monitor feedback and sentiment to inform content and product

·      Assist with paid social campaigns and performance optimisation

Events & Experiential Activation

·      Plan and deliver events, pop-ups and festival activations

·      Bring creative experiential ideas to life

·      Manage logistics, suppliers and on-the-ground execution

·      Capture content to support wider campaigns

Sampling & Retail Experience

·      Support sampling programmes across retail, hospitality and events

·      Help develop training materials and brand toolkits

·      Manage brand merchandise and collateral

Skills & Experience

·      1–3 years’ experience in marketing, social or brand activation

·      Strong interest in content creation (Instagram and TikTok essential)

·      Good eye for visual storytelling (video, photography, copy)

·      Familiarity with tools such as Adobe, CapCut, Canva, Klaviyo, Shopify

·      Understanding of paid social and digital marketing

·      Highly organised with strong time management

·      Confident communicator and team player
