The Role
This isn't a "sit behind a desk" kind of job. You will be the engine room of our marketing department, leading campaigns from the initial spark of an idea to the final post-event report. You’ll be on the ground, visiting stores across different Saudi cities, ensuring our brand looks and feels premium at every touchpoint.
What You’ll Do
- End-to-End Execution: Lead the execution of marketing events and on-ground activations.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between internal teams and external vendors/agencies, ensuring everyone is aligned and moving at pace.
- Problem Solving: Navigate the inevitable "hiccups" of live events with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
- Aesthetic and Quality Control: Use your eye for detail to ensure every element meets our high standards.
- Budget Management: Ability to track operational spend and ensuring deliveries remain within budget, consistently seeking ways to optimize costs without compromising quality.

- The Professional: 8+ years of solid marketing experience, ideally within Retail or adjacent lifestyle industries.
- The Strategist & Doer: You can brainstorm a creative concept and then build the project plan to make it happen.

- The Traveler: You are ready and willing to travel to various Saudi cities as the business requires.
- The Fashion Enthusiast (Bonus): A personal interest in fashion retail trends will help you hit the ground running.
