Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare platform focused on preventative medicine.
They are looking for a Marketing Director to take full ownership of our marketing function. This is a true Individual Contributor role for someone who can think strategically but isn’t afraid to execute. They are operating in a very attractive hybrid model: only one day in the office each week.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the overall marketing strategy across all business lines
- Drive digital marketing efforts, including oversight of paid search (AdWords), social media, and analytics
- Partner with external vendors while bringing creative direction in-house
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics and AI-driven platforms to optimize performance and decision-making
- Develop and manage content, including newsletters and client communications
- Support brand-building initiatives, including client gifting and experiential touchpoints
- Analyze KPIs and customer behavior to inform strategy and improve ROI
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing with business goals and growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of broad-based marketing experience
- Strong digital marketing expertise across social media, Google Ads, and analytics tools
- Experience in marketing to sophisticated, high-value client segments preferred
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to own and execute marketing initiatives end-to-end
- Comfortable operating as a standalone marketer with a high degree of autonomy
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and output
- Creative thinker with strong business judgment and attention to detail

The annual base salary range is $150k to $190k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
