What You'll Do:
Marketing Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with aggressive growth objectives
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals across digital, creative, and brand functions
- Partner closely with executive leadership to influence growth strategy, customer experience, and market positioning
- Establish scalable processes, reporting, and performance metrics
eCommerce & Digital Marketing
- Own eCommerce growth, conversion optimization, and online revenue performance
- Lead paid media, SEO, email marketing, and digital acquisition initiatives
- Identify and evaluate new customer acquisition opportunities and growth channels
- Drive continuous optimization through data, testing, and performance analytics
Demand Generation & Customer Growth
- Enhance lead generation and customer journey strategies across all digital touchpoints
- Develop data-driven approaches to improve conversion rates and customer retention
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI
- Utilize analytics and customer insights to guide strategic decision-making
Brand & Social Media
- Lead social media strategy, content direction, and audience engagement efforts
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and premium customer experiences across channels
- Strengthen brand awareness and positioning within a luxury consumer marketplace
- Stay ahead of industry trends and evolving consumer behaviors
