Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of a unified, omnichannel marketing strategy with balanced ownership across brand marketing, digital performance, lifecycle marketing, and full-funnel campaign execution. This role requires a leader who can elevate brand presence while simultaneously driving measurable traction across digital, social, and traditional channels. You will oversee cross-functional initiatives spanning brand positioning, content strategy, boosted social media, website optimization, and CRM-driven lifecycle programs.
The ideal candidate brings a disciplined operational mindset, strong creative judgment, and the ability to translate marketing activity into meaningful business outcomes. This candidate will have experience with project management tools like Asana, a strong process-driven mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Omni-Channel Marketing Strategy & Execution
● Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, website, and traditional channels (including OOH), ensuring every initiative ladders up to brand strategy and business goals.
● Oversee end-to-end marketing operations, including sponsorship activations, website updates, brand creative management for paid advertising design, content creation, and internal corporate communications—ensuring streamlined execution across remote teams and external partners.
● Maintain consistent brand positioning and messaging across all touchpoints, unifying creative direction, storytelling, and value propositions throughout the customer journey.
● Plan and manage advanced remarketing and retargeting strategies leveraging Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and CRM-driven automation to re-engage warm audiences and accelerate conversion velocity.
● Develop segmented, behavior-based remarketing programs, using signals such as website activity, lead scoring, engagement patterns, and CRM insights to deliver personalized, timely follow-up communications.
● Co-develop sales enablement and lifecycle assets, including persona-based content, nurture sequences, presentations, case studies, and collateral to support sales acceleration and reinforce full-funnel brand alignment.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, product, and operations to ensure each campaign is executed with precision, delivers measurable outcomes, and reflects unified brand standards. Performance Measurement & Optimization
● Define and track KPIs across brand awareness, engagement, conversion, lead quality, and revenue contribution.
● Implement measurement frameworks such as attribution modeling, brand lift analysis, and performance dashboards to evaluate impact and guide decisions.
● Provide data-driven insights that inform creative direction, targeting, media mix, and channel prioritization.
● Ensure CRM and marketing data integrity across platforms (e.g., HubSpot, CRM) and collaborate on closed-loop reporting with Sales to strengthen full-funnel visibility. Project & Team Management
● Use tools like Asana to manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables for multiple campaigns and initiatives
● Lead and manage remote and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
Develop and implement scalable marketing processes to improve operational efficiency and performance tracking.
Skills & Qualifications Required Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
● 7+ years of experience in omni-channel marketing
● Proven ability to execute campaigns across digital, traditional, and event platforms
● Experience managing remote staff and working with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
● Strong knowledge of performance marketing and multi-channel attribution models (e.g., MTA, Google Analytics).
● Expertise in managing marketing operations, including tagging, campaign QA, media buying, and vendor coordination.

● Slack (team communication and feedback loops)
● Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, gohighlevel), CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
● Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and performance monitoring.
● Experience with MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) and brand measurement tools is a plus. Work Conditions
