Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy focused on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two marketing professionals, fostering accountability and performance
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend across traditional channels for maximum ROI
  • Plan, execute, and optimize TV advertising campaigns, including media buying, creative direction, and performance tracking
  • Oversee print and direct mail campaigns, including segmentation, messaging, and response analysis
  • Drive lead generation initiatives through offline channels, ensuring strong funnel performance and conversion tracking
  • Manage and scale affiliate marketing partnerships and programs
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, media buyers, and external vendors
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (ROI, CPL, CAC, conversion rates)
  • Develop data-driven insights to optimize channel mix and marketing spend
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting cadence for leadership visibility
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
  • Partner with sales and operations teams to align on lead quality and customer experience
  • Support new product launches and promotional campaigns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 6–10+ years of marketing experience, with strong preference for direct-to-consumer (DTC) or product-based environments
  • Proven experience managing and executing traditional marketing channels (TV, print, direct mail, affiliate marketing)
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and customer acquisition strategy
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring small teams
  • Strong understanding of media planning, budgeting, and ROI optimization
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
