Role Summary

Lead the end-to-end B2B marketing strategy for Glance, the category defining leader in agentic commerce. Partner closely with the VP, Global Enterprise Marketing to translate Glance’s high-level brand vision into a cohesive, multichannel marketing strategy that elevates awareness, builds excitement in the market, and drives high-quality MQLs to fuel incremental revenue across the US and future expansion markets.

This role owns the full enterprise marketing engine spanning brand, content, events, social, paid programs, partnerships, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the holistic B2B marketing strategy for Glance across global priority markets.
  • Translate the enterprise brand narrative into actionable, integrated marketing programs that drive upper funnel impact and down funnel results.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Comms, Regional GTM, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.

Brand & Messaging

  • Lead brand strategy, positioning, differentiation, and storytelling for Glance’s enterprise offerings.
  • Build narratives that reinforce Glance’s leadership in the rapidly emerging agentic commerce category.

Integrated Campaigns & Demand Creation

  • Develop multichannel B2B campaigns (paid, organic, content led, social, partner led) to generate MQLs and accelerate pipeline.
  • Optimize messaging, targeting, and channel mix to maximize demand creation in US and EMEA.

Content Marketing

  • Oversee creation of thought leadership, customer stories, solution content, industry POVs, product updates, and narrative assets.
  • Build a scalable content engine that supports brand storytelling and sales enablement.

Events & Experiences

  • Own the event strategy including global conferences, industry moments, customer events, webinars, and branded experiences.
  • Ensure all event creative and content elevate brand perception and support pipeline goals.

Social, Partnerships & Sponsorships

  • Lead Glance’s enterprise social strategy to grow reach, influence, and engagement across channels like LinkedIn.
  • Identify and manage industry partnerships, comarketing opportunities, and sponsorships to expand visibility.

Sales Enablement

  • Develop sales narratives, pitch materials, case studies, and proof points that equip GTM teams to close deals.
  • Improve MQL → SQL conversion through better alignment, assets, and processes.

Minimum Requirements

  • 10–15 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in high growth tech or platform businesses.
  • Proven experience owning multichannel enterprise marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, brand storytelling, and integrated marketing.
  • Demonstrated success driving MQL growth and delivering measurable pipeline impact.
  • Experience working with global teams across US, EMEA, and APAC is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in AI driven, commerce, or platform led businesses is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent storytelling, narrative building, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
  • Data-driven decision-making and familiarity with analytics, attribution, and marketing performance tools.
