Our client, a well-known Non-Profit Organization in New York, NY, is looking for a Junior Digital Designer (Web & Marketing) to join its team!
Responsibilities
Creative & Project Support
- Support execution of digital marketing initiatives, managing timelines, assets, vendor coordination, and administrative tracking.
- Assist with event materials, budgeting support, and cross-team communication to keep projects on schedule.
Graphic Design
- Create and prepare visual assets for web, social, email, and print, including graphics, layouts, and campaign collateral.
- Contribute creative concepts and ensure designs are optimized for multi-platform use.
Web & Digital
- Maintain and update website content, landing pages, and digital assets.
- Support SEO updates, analytics tracking, and basic site troubleshooting.
Social Media & Email Marketing
- Develop graphics and support execution of social media and email campaigns.
- Maintain email lists and track engagement performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of graphic design experience (agency or mission-driven experience a plus).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and presentation design tools.
- Working knowledge of basic web development (HTML/CSS; familiarity with JavaScript or CMS platforms preferred).
