Marketing – Creative Associate Jobs in Singapore at Naoki Matcha
We are looking for a Junior Creative with a strong background in videography, photography, and content creation. In this role, you will work within the marketing team to execute creative aspects of content, with a particular focus on visual storytelling and content production. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute creative strategies that captivate audiences and enhance brand presence.
Responsibilities
Videography & Photography
- Shoot and edit short-form videos and images for our brands
- Apply creative techniques and critical thinking to deliver engaging, on-brand content
- Stay updated on current trends and incorporate them into content production
- Develop well-thought-out content outlines that are engaging and meet brand objectives
- Bonus: Able to be on-camera talent for videos and images
Production Management
- Ensure all content meets the specifications and guidelines of the marketing team
- Take ownership of content production from start to end, working closely with content strategists and external contractors
Ideation
- Stay updated on the social media landscape, including trending topics and the types of content that perform best on different platforms
- Together with content strategists, ideate ad and organic content across all platforms
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience with a strong portfolio
- Well-versed in both photography and videography, from pre- to post-production
- Strong proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Creative thinker with a good understanding of digital content, the social media landscape, and trending topics — and the ability to translate these into content ideas
- Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
