About Us
We are a growing, multi-location oral surgery practice serving patients across Montgomery and Bucks Counties. Our team is focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience while maintaining strong, long-standing relationships with our referring providers. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can strengthen those relationships, expand our referral network, and bring structure and insight to our marketing efforts.
Position Overview
This role is a mix of relationship management, business development, and analytics. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing our referral base, executing marketing initiatives, and providing clear performance data to leadership. This is a hands-on role for someone who is both people-oriented and comfortable working with numbers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring dental offices and healthcare providers
- Proactively identify and develop new referral sources
- Plan and execute outreach efforts, including office visits, events, and follow-ups
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and in-person channels
- Track referral trends, patient flow, and marketing performance
- Prepare and present quarterly marketing and referral analytics to doctors and leadership
- Monitor website, SEO, and online presence to ensure the practice remains current and visible
- Support internal initiatives such as study clubs, events, and community outreach
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and market opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, advertising, or business development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable building relationships and representing the practice externally
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in healthcare or dental is a plus, but not required
