Job Overview
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives across digital, internal communications, and event coordination. This role is responsible for maintaining consistent messaging, organizing marketing systems, and assisting with campaigns that support sales growth, dealer engagement, and internal communication. This position reports to the Marketing Project Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule email campaigns, including organizing and updating list imports and exports
- Coordinate and schedule social media content across platforms
- Maintain and update the HUB and digital catalog to ensure accurate and current product information
- Manage and update company event listings on internal and external event pages
- Oversee Reach TV content updates and scheduling
- Administer Jotform platform, including form creation, management, and internal training support
- Coordinate and distribute the internal new hire newsletter, including gathering updates on new hires, open positions, anniversaries, and store news
- Assist with planning and communication for company holiday initiatives
- Support dealer meetings and events through coordination, logistics, and execution assistance
- Collaborate on marketing projects, providing organizational support and input
- Assist in supporting all company events for all regions/states, including dealer meetings, trainings, and promotions, through planning, coordination, setup, and execution.
- Complete miscellaneous marketing and administrative tasks as assigned by Marketing Project Lead
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with email marketing platforms, social media scheduling tools, and form builders (e.g., Jotform) preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution
