About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join our on-site team in Altona North, VIC.
This is a practical, execution-focused role suited to someone who enjoys working across website updates, product content, marketing materials, basic graphic design, and day-to-day marketing support.
You will work closely with the business owner / general manager and sales team to help turn ideas into polished, effective marketing outputs. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable being a marketing all-rounder in a small, agile business environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Update and maintain website content, product pages, landing pages, and case studies
• Assist with creating and updating brochures, datasheets, flyers, banners, presentations, and business cards
• Prepare sales and marketing collateral to support customer engagement and lead generation
• Write and edit marketing copy for websites, brochures, presentations, email communication, and promotional materials
• Support product-related marketing activities, including product comparisons, feature summaries, and promotional content
• Ensure brand consistency across digital and print materials
• Assist with social media content and basic campaign support when required
• Coordinate with external suppliers, printers, designers, or service providers when needed
• Support day-to-day marketing tasks in a fast-moving business environment

What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in a marketing coordination, digital marketing, content marketing, or similar hands-on role
• Experience updating website content using WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms
• Strong skills in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills
• Good visual judgment and attention to detail
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Comfortable working closely with management and supporting a wide range of practical marketing tasks
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn

Highly Regarded
• Experience creating brochures, catalogues, datasheets, or other sales support materials
• Experience in B2B, product-based, technical, construction, signage, electronics, or infrastructure-related industries
• Basic knowledge of SEO and website content optimisation
• Photography, video editing, or content creation skills
• Confidence working with technical product information and turning it into effective marketing content
