Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager in executing and coordinating various marketing activities. This role offers exposure to the full spectrum of FMCG marketing — from packaging to promotions — and is ideal for someone eager to grow their career in the food and consumer goods industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Insights
– Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis.
– Gather consumer insights and analyze retail audit reports.
– Analyze sales figures to identify trends and opportunities (basic comfort with numbers is a plus).
2. Packaging & Design Coordination
– Support packaging development projects: design adaptation, text updates, regulatory elements.
– Coordinate with designers and printing suppliers to ensure timely and quality execution.
– Manage packaging timelines and proofing.
– Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Supply Chain teams.
– Participate in product launches, trade shows, and marketing events.
3. Point-of-Sale (POS) & Trade Marketing Materials
– Coordinate the creation and execution of POS materials (shelf talkers, wobblers, displays).
– Work closely with designers, printers, and sales teams for alignment.
4. Digital Marketing & E-Commerce
– Assist in the design and development of digital banners, product pages, and visuals for online platforms.
– Work on website updates, digital brochures, and email marketing content.
5. Social Media & Influencer Marketing
– Support creation and management of social media content calendars.
– Liaise with creative agencies and designers for content development.
– Assist in launching influencer campaigns and tracking performance.
– Monitor engagement and trends.
6. Advertising & Media Buying
– Assist in planning advertising campaigns (digital, print, OOH, etc.).
– Coordinate with media buying agencies.
– Support reporting and analysis of campaign performance.
7. Coordination & Project Support
– Manage timelines and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders: internal teams, agencies, suppliers.
– Keep marketing materials, databases, and archives organized.
– Support budget tracking and invoice follow-ups.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
– 1–3 years of experience in marketing or related roles (FMCG experience is a plus).
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Good communication and coordination skills.
– Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and basic reporting.
– Passionate about food, consumer brands, and marketing.
– Good command of English & Arabic
