MARKETING COORDINATOR

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing integrated marketing campaigns across DSW Canada and The Shoe Co., supporting campaign coordination, product marketing, brand partnerships and creative production. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role serves as the operational backbone of the marketing team, ensuring brand consistency and seamless execution across 140+ stores and owned and paid digital channels.

This is a remote role with a minimum of one day per week required in-office.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Plan & Campaign Execution

  • Support planning and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns across digital and owned channels
  • Coordinate creative workflow, manage timelines, and facilitate asset handoff to cross-functional teams

Product Marketing

  • Manage product alignment documents translating merchant strategies into seasonal product selections for campaigns
  • Maintain weekly trackers monitoring product status with Merchant and Operations teams

Partnerships

  • Coordinate brand co-op campaigns by coordinating vendor timelines, assets, and materials for launch
  • Manage partnership budgets, invoices and post-campaign reporting

Photoshoot & Creative Production Support

  • Manage photoshoot timelines and logistics including shot lists, product pulls, scheduling, and budgets
  • Liaise with photographers, stylists, and teams to ensure assets meet campaign needs

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of marketing experience in retail, brand marketing, or marketing operations
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities
  • Comfortable working with data to monitor campaign and product performance
  • Detail-oriented with ability to proof creative materials and maintain brand consistency
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, merchants, and external vendor partners
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with project management tools

Pay: $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
