Marketing Coordinator

Salary: $42,000–$55,000 annually (based on experience)

Grace Boutique is looking for a creative, outgoing, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing efforts across email, SMS, social media, and events.

We’re not looking for someone who simply schedules posts. We want someone who will help tell the Grace story, building lasting customer relationships and become part of something special.

This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, understands branding, and enjoys bringing ideas to life. We’re looking for someone who can take a marketing idea from concept to execution while creating a cohesive customer experience across every marketing channel.

The most important quality we’re looking for is someone who understands the Grace customer and can naturally create content and campaigns that reflect our aesthetic, voice, and values.

ResponsibilitiesMarketing Planning

  • Own and maintain Grace’s marketing calendar.
  • Plan promotions, Assist with product launches, and seasonal campaigns in advance.
  • Coordinate messaging across email, SMS, social media, website, and in-store events.
  • Keep marketing initiatives organized and moving forward.

Email Marketing

  • Create, design, and schedule 3–4 email campaigns each week.
  • Write engaging subject lines and compelling marketing copy.
  • Coordinate campaigns with promotions, new arrivals, and events.

SMS Marketing

  • Create and schedule 2–3 SMS campaigns each week.
  • Ensure SMS messaging complements email and social campaigns.
  • Create authentic customer communication that aligns with the Grace brand.

Social Media

  • Manage Grace’s social media presence across all platforms.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content.
  • Coordinate product photography and video content with team members.
  • Edit photos and videos for social media.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.

Events & Promotions

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for promotions and store events.
  • Lead the marketing rollout for campaigns and special events.
  • Ensure all marketing channels work together seamlessly.

Campaign Development Process

One of the most important responsibilities of this role is taking a marketing idea from concept to execution. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for leading campaigns through each stage of the process.

Step 1: Plan

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for promotions, events, and product launches.
  • Develop campaign ideas and establish goals, timelines, and deadlines.

Step 2: Organize

  • Determine the marketing channels that will support the campaign (email, SMS, social media, website, in-store signage, etc.).
  • Create a project plan and identify everything needed before launch.

Step 3: Gather Assets

  • Coordinate product photography, video, graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Collect product details, pricing, and any additional information needed.
  • Work with team members to ensure all assets are completed on time.

Step 4: Create

  • Design and write email campaigns, SMS messages, social media content, website graphics, and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Grace’s brand, voice, and visual standards.

Step 5: Launch

  • Schedule and publish all marketing materials according to the campaign timeline.
  • Confirm every component of the campaign is complete before launch.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth rollout.

Step 6: Evaluate & Follow Through

  • Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments when needed.
  • Ensure all campaign details are completed from start to finish.
  • Keep projects organized and proactively move campaigns forward without requiring constant direction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional marketing experience required.
  • Experience with social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo) are preferred.
  • Comfortable in mobile photography with editing skills for product and lifestyle content.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT & Claude) to improve productivity, assist with content creation, and streamline marketing workflows while maintaining brand voice and quality standards.
