Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Digital Awareness
- Demonstrate a foundational understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and SEO
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, including upkeep of marketing schedules
- Manage and schedule content across various digital platforms
- Ensure all marketing outputs are consistent with established brand guidelines
2. Administrative & Coordination Functions
- Oversee and coordinate multiple marketing projects concurrently
- Maintain accurate records of campaigns, marketing assets, and databases
- Monitor budgets, process invoices, and track approval workflows
- Assist in organising corporate events and marketing-related activities
3. Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
- Draft clear, professional communications and presentations
- Liaise with internal departments, external suppliers, and agencies to ensure alignment
- Develop and maintain high-quality presentation materials
- Uphold professional standards in all written and internal communications
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare monthly reports outlining marketing performance and campaign outcomes
- Track key performance indicators and develop basic dashboards
- Analyse data trends to provide insights that inform marketing decisions
5. Creative & Content Development Support
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral for campaigns and events
- Conduct basic graphic design edits and ensure content is well-formatted
- Schedule and manage social media posts in line with the content calendar
- Produce short-form video content
- Provide basic website design support
6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate relationships with external service providers, including:
- Marketing and creative agencies
- Printing suppliers
- Media buying partners
- Event service providers
- AI platforms (e.g., Claude AI, Surfer SEO, Crayo, ZeeLy)
