Pay Information: $25-27/hour (W2)
Location: Eagan, MN (In-office preferred, with flexibility)
Role Overview
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the proposal creation process, manage social media content, and assist with event and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for a proactive professional with 1-3 years of marketing experience, particularly in proposal and content development. You will work closely with the marketing team during the busy proposal season to ensure deadlines are met while contributing to diverse projects that promote the company's mission of building stronger communities. Your adaptability and strong organizational skills will be key to success in this fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Day in the Life
- Create proposals using InDesign with company templates.
- Manage social media posts using CoSchedule and pre-defined templates.
- Update website content and Open Asset library with current project info.
- Support event logistics for expos and company celebrations.
- Assist with marketing collateral inventory and sourcing imagery.
Your Qualifications
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, including proposal/RFP development.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and basic social media management tools.
- Familiarity with Open Asset or similar digital asset management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Excellent written communication and proofreading capabilities.
