Skape Brand Haus is growing, and we’re looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
We are a remote studio working with founder-led brands across beauty, wellness, and lifestyle, and we’re looking for someone who is strategic, organised, proactive, and confident managing moving parts across multiple client accounts.
This role is ideal for someone with previous marketing experience who enjoys both the creative and strategic side of marketing, and is confident working directly with clients.
About the role
The Marketing Coordinator will support across Meta ads, organic social media, and email marketing, while also playing a key role in client communication, strategy support, and reporting.
You will be involved in the day-to-day coordination and execution of marketing activity, while helping ensure client work is delivered to a high standard, on time, and in line with strategy.
Responsibilities
- Managing organic social media across client accounts
- Planning, coordinating, and supporting email marketing and EDMs
- Working directly with clients on communication, deliverables, and ongoing support
- Contributing to marketing strategy and campaign planning
- Preparing reports and performance updates for client accounts
- Monitoring results and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Coordinating timelines, content rollout, and internal workflows
- Helping maintain a high standard of communication, detail, and execution across all client work
About you
- Previous experience in a marketing role is required
- Confident working directly with clients in a professional and proactive way
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and Meta ads
- Able to contribute to strategy, not just execution
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving remote environment
- Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
- Someone who stays engaged with the marketing industry, embraces how quickly it evolves, and looks at their work through a forward-thinking lens to help brands stay relevant and ahead
