This is a "hybrid" role for someone who can manage the nitty-gritty of daily operations while also bringing fresh, creative ideas to our brainstorming sessions. If you have a passion for fashion and an eye for what’s trending on Saudi social media, this is for you.
The Role
You will be the glue that holds our marketing activities together. From handling the day-to-day "to-do" list to creating engaging social media content and managing agency deliverables, your work will directly impact our brand’s presence across the Kingdom.
What You’ll Do
- Daily Operations: Manage the marketing calendar, track tasks, and ensure everything stays on schedule.
- Social Media & Content: Create "quick-turnaround" copy, post across platforms, and monitor trends (TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram).
- Performance Reporting: Track social media metrics and prepare clear, actionable reports.
- Agency Liaison: Be the point of contact for external agencies, ensuring they have the assets and briefs they need to deliver.
- Creative Brainstorming: Bring your ideas to the table! Help us develop concepts that resonate with the Saudi market.
- In-Store Visits: Be ready to visit our stores in to capture content or coordinate it with freelancers and influencers.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in a marketing assistant or coordinator role, ideally within Retail or Fashion.
- Trend-Savvy: You know what's "in" on Saudi social media before it goes viral.
- The Writer: You can whip up catchy captions and creative copy in both Arabic and English.
- Problem Solver: You have a "can-do" attitude and can handle the pressure of quick-turnaround tasks.
- Ambitious & Healthy Mindset: You thrive in a positive, fast-growing environment and want to grow with us.
- Mobile: Willingness to visit stores as needed.
