Overview

Marketing Coordinator Jobs in Colorado, United States at Eagle Creek

About Eagle Creek

Eagle Creek has been building travel gear since 1975. We still make gear backed by a No Matter What® Warranty, still obsess over sustainability, and still operate like a tight-knit crew of people who genuinely love what they're doing.

We're a small team, which means your work shows up everywhere. No bureaucracy. No layers of approvals for a decision. Just a group of people moving fast, caring deeply about the product and the planet, and having a good time doing it.

The Role

This Marketing Coordinator role is an execution role at the center of everything our marketing and e-commerce team touches. You'll report into the Head of Marketing & E-commerce, and work alongside our E-commerce Manager, Brand Strategist, and Creative Content Manager to keep campaigns running, assets organized, and channels humming. If remote, plan for 2-4 trips a year to Colorado for in-person meetings.

Email Marketing

  • Build and deploy campaigns in Klaviyo: formatting, linking, testing, scheduling; across promotional, lifecycle, and product launch needs.  Growing into design work as the role evolves.
  • Maintain and optimize audience segmentation, sending cadences, and workflow logic to keep deliverability strong and performance consistent
  • Track and report on core email metrics (open rate, click rate, revenue per send, unsubscribe rate) and translate them into clear insights and action items for the broader team
  • Adapt and prepare creative assets in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (resizing, retouching, preparing assets for channel specs) in support of email, site, and paid needs
  • Champion brand consistency while developing high-quality, engaging content across campaigns, product launches, and ongoing marketing initiatives.

Cross-Functional Support and Coordination

  • Provide operational support across marketing and e-commerce initiatives to keep the team moving efficiently across all brand channels
  • Coordinate monthly creative asset delivery, copy handoffs, and communications with agency partners supporting our paid advertising programs.
  • Support affiliate and influencer programs: product seeding, outreach coordination, and review submission workflows in partnership with the Creative Content Manager and E-commerce Manager.
  • Help develop shot lists and coordinate product shipments to photographers, videographers, and influencers alongside our Creative Content Manager.
  • Assist with YouTube channel management in partnership with the Creative Content Manager and Brand Strategist: metadata updates, copy support, and publishing coordination
  • Field wholesale creative aseet requests: managing intake, timelines, asset specs, assortment details, and approvals to keep cross-functional work organized and on time

Required Experience & Skills

  • Experience building and deploying email campaigns, Klaviyo strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop at minimum) and/or Figma for asset adaptation and resizing
  • Comfort with digital asset management: organizing, versioning, and preparing assets across channel specs
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail: links, copy, QA before anything goes live
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without things falling through the cracks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small team environment with the ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and take initiative when clear direction isn't always available.
  • Located in California, Arizona, or Colorado; able to travel to Steamboat Springs or Denver no more than 4 times a year.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Graphic design skills with the ability to produce on-brand creative assets across email, digital, and print channels.
  • Experience with project management and tools such as Asana, Monday or similar
  • Familiarity with go-to-market planning and seasonal marketing calendars for a consumer goods brand
  • Understanding of email performance metrics and what moves them
  • Exposure to affiliate influencer program coordination
  • Background in or genuine affinity for travel, outdoor, or lifestyle brands

Who You Are

We're open to candidates at different points in their career; someone 1–2 years in with strong tool instincts and genuine hustle, or someone further along who has done the management side of things and wants to get back to doing the work they actually love

  • You're the kind of person who checks the link before hitting send
  • You care where products come from and how they're made
  • You're energized by variety, not overwhelmed by it
  • You can move fast without leaving a trail of broken things behind you
  • You like to leave something better than you found it
  • You're comfortable being the person who figures it out
