Marketing Content Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a marketing content manager with 2 or more years of experience for a our retail client. This position is hybrid 4 days in office in Miami, FL. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Bring the brand's story to life by conceptualizing and producing visually captivating photos, videos, and graphics tailored for social media audiences.
- Coordinate the lifecycle of TikTok and Pinterest paid ad creative, from initial conceptual briefing to final alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
- Manage daily agency relationships, guiding monthly content planning, asset reviews, and deliverable tracking to meet strict deadlines and brand objectives.
- Develop data-driven social media strategies that align with your business objectives. Translate these roadmaps into organized content calendars across all channels.
- Created and negotiated comprehensive paid partnership contracts and influencer guidelines.
- Collaborated with external content creators to produce high-performing organic social media assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields.
- Proficiency with creative editing tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, InShot or similar.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a knack for creating compelling, on-brand content.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing, with proven success in growing and engaging social media audiences.
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $75,000-$85,000
