Marketing Lead – Social & Owned Marketing | Hybrid | Central London
Salary: £55,000-£65,000+ (flexible DOE) + 10% bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction across owned social content and campaigns.
- Test and scale new content ideas, trends, and emerging formats.
- Build efficient systems for content scheduling, reporting, and distribution.
- Monitor channel performance and use insights to drive growth and revenue.
- Manage and develop the marketing team as the function expands.
Essential Experience:
- Experience leading social-first or owned marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of viral content and audience growth.
- Ability to build organised content and reporting processes.
- Previous experience managing or mentoring marketing teams.
- Commercial awareness with a data-driven approach to marketing.
