What you'll be doing
- Executing marketing plans to help manage and grow our clients’ businesses.
- Writing compelling content for LinkedIn, email, websites, case studies, video scripts, social media posts, and other marketing assets.
- Managing content calendars, campaign timelines, and keeping projects moving.
- Working closely with Spinifex team, clients, and stakeholders to translate business goals into marketing activity.
- Coordinating video production from concept and synopsis through to client approval and distribution.
- Supporting customer experience initiatives, email marketing, automation, eCommerce campaigns, and customer journey programs using platforms like Klaviyo.
- Tracking performance and using insights to improve results.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Developing a strong understanding of Spinifex, our clients, competitors, and emerging marketing trends.
- Collaborating with our team and our clients’ teams to develop solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
About You
- You have 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- You have hands-on experience delivering marketing plans.
- You’re a problem-solver who enjoys getting results.
- You enjoy building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
- You think strategically and challenge assumptions rather than accepting the status quo.
- You’re curious by nature and enjoy uncovering insights that create value.
- You have a genuine interest in customer behaviour and improving experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and growth.
- You can translate complex or technical information into language people actually understand.
- You’re not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to people.

Salary range: $80,000–$95,000 + super, depending on experience.
