Salary Range: $57-$60K

Overview

Our client, a development and property management company, is seeking a Marketing Content Coordinator to support its marketing and business development efforts. This role focuses on creating clear, compelling content that equips brokers with effective storytelling tools to engage clients and close deals. The Marketing Content Coordinator will write, edit, and manage content across proposals, presentations, digital channels, and print collateral while ensuring brand consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and edit content for proposals, presentations, case studies, blogs, emails, and other marketing materials
  • Partner with brokers, leadership, research, and marketing teams to source and produce compelling sales and marketing content
  • Research and compile information for marketing materials, including bios, services, and leasing strategies
  • Manage content updates within the CMS and support digital initiatives, including newsletters and email campaigns
  • Create engaging social media content and grow presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Monitor digital performance and assist with marketing analytics and reporting
  • Coordinate production of marketing assets with design and marketing teams
  • Maintain high-quality standards and consistent brand messaging across all channels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of marketing or communications experience
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Experience creating marketing content across digital and print platforms
  • Strategic, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, professional, and able to work independently
  • Commercial or retail real estate experience a plus

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
