Key Responsibilities
Digital Transformation & Process Improvement
- Identify and recommend digital tools to improve internal workflows and operational efficiency
- Support the implementation of automation and AI-driven solutions where relevant
- Participate in the continuous improvement and digitalization of internal processes
Brand & Communications
- Manage and develop SBIR’s digital presence
- Coordinate the regular publication of high-quality content in collaboration with the research team
- Support the development of SBIR’s brand identity and communication strategy
- Contribute to the preparation of communication materials, announcements and marketing initiatives
Digital Marketing & Business Development
- Participate in the implementation of targeted communication campaigns and newsletters
- Assist in the structuring of mailing lists, contact databases and outreach initiatives
- Contribute to the enhancement of the firm’s visibility and business development efforts
Presentation & Corporate Materials
- Improve the design and structure of corporate presentations and marketing materials
- Develop professional PowerPoint templates and communication supports aligned with SBIR’s branding
- Ensure consistency and quality across all external materials
Candidate Profile
- Strong interest in finance, corporate advisory, investment banking or business strategy
- Digital-native mindset with strong curiosity for communication, branding and technology
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
- Creative, proactive and detail-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working on both strategic and operational topics
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance or related field
- Previous exposure to marketing, communications, consulting, media or digital strategy is required
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Canva and HubSpot or equivalent CRM tools
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms and digital productivity tools is appreciated
Languages
- Khmer and English are mandatory
- French or Japanese is a strong plus
