Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the investment and campaign plan, has been managed and execute across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
- Work closely with the CRM team to ensure engagement between Brand & its member are well communicated consistently.
- Evaluate the performance on monthly base and suggest an improvement plan.
- Manage brand presence on social media platform to engage with followers
- Liaise with agency to develop social media strategies that align with the company business goals.
- Monitor & evaluate the social media metrics and suggest improvement plan
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University, preferably majoring in Marketing or Public Relations
- At least 3-4 years experience in related field
- Preferably having experience in agency or brand
- Having strong concept and analysis skill
- Good communication, presentation skill, like wise good selling and negotiation skill.
- Proficient in English and Indonesian, both writing and speaking.
