The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive revenue, and support business objectives.
The role oversees marketing campaigns, public relations, digital marketing, content creation, social media management, partnerships, and promotional activities to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Communications, or Brand Marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media management, digital marketing, content marketing, and brand communications.
- Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills in English.
- Creative mindset with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze marketing performance and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
