Every day, children go missing. At Finding Kids, we locate missing and vulnerable youth using a collaborative, intelligence-driven approach. We are ready to significantly elevate our visibility, credibility, and voice – and we’re looking for the right leader to build and drive that effort. 

The Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing and communications leader to own and lead our entire marketing function. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership position. 

This role reports directly to the CEO and is currently a solo contributor position with the opportunity to build toward a small team over time. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and ownership while helping shape the organization’s long-term marketing strategy.

You will oversee:

  • Brand strategy and positioning
  • Messaging and storytelling
  • Content across digital and print
  • PR and media relations
  • Social media and online presence
  • Events, collateral, and design direction
  • External partners and creative vendors

You’ll be both strategist and executor, setting vision while ensuring exceptional, cohesive execution across every touchpoint.

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of marketing/communications leadership
  • Corporate or nonprofit experience
  • Exceptional writers, communicator and brand steward
  • Strategic thinker with a strong creative eye
  • Self-directed and deeply mission-driven

This role is ideal for a highly experienced marketing professional who wants to apply their expertise to mission-driven work with real-world impact.

Compensation

$90,000 – $120,000 annually for full-time, depending on experience. Part-time arrangements may be considered, with compensation prorated based on schedule.
