Toby Supplies is the parent company behind Vitachat, one of Singapore’s fastest-growing pet supplement brands, and Tobias Kibbles, a cat grooming, hotel and wellness business.
We are a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company passionate about improving the lives of pets and their owners. As we continue to expand our product range, retail presence and online community, we are looking for a creative and driven Brand & Content Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Content Creation
* Plan and create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms
* Develop content calendars and posting schedules
* Write captions, campaign messages and promotional content
* Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for brand growth
* Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels
Video Production
* Film and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook
* Assist with livestream preparation and promotional campaigns
* Coordinate product photography and content shoots
* Capture behind-the-scenes footage, customer testimonials and event content
Marketing & Campaigns
* Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches and seasonal activations
* Coordinate marketing activities for pet expos and retail events
* Develop marketing materials such as brochures, banners, posters and flyers
* Assist in influencer and affiliate collaborations
Design & Branding
* Design social media creatives, advertisements and marketing collateral
* Create packaging concepts and product visuals following existing brand guidelines
* Work closely with management on new product launches and brand expansions
* Ensure all creative assets align with brand identity
E-commerce Support
* Update product listings on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada and company websites
* Create promotional visuals and sales campaign materials
* Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
Brand Growth
* Research market trends, customer behaviour and competitor strategies
* Generate ideas to increase brand awareness and engagement
* Support retail partnership marketing initiatives
* Assist with launching new brands, products and collections
Retail & Business Development
* Identify and approach potential retail partners for Vitachat and other Toby Supplies brands
* Build and maintain relationships with pet shops, veterinary clinics, grooming salons and specialty retailers
* Present product information, pricing structures and promotional opportunities to prospective stockists
* Coordinate product sampling, onboarding and account setup for new retail partners
* Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective retailers
* Assist in planning retail marketing campaigns and in-store promotions
* Gather market intelligence and competitor insights from retail channels
* Work closely with management to expand Vitachat’s retail footprint across Singapore and the region

* Support pet expos, roadshows and trade events
* Assist with product launches and new brand development
* Coordinate with suppliers, designers and printers for marketing materials
* Assist in customer engagement initiatives and community building
* Perform other brand-building and business development activities as assigned

Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field
* Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software
* Experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram
* Basic photography and videography skills
* Strong copywriting and communication skills
* Passion for pets is a bonus
* Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Creative, proactive and willing to experiment with new ideas
