Reporting Line
This role reports to the Brand Lead and works closely with cross-functional team members on a day-to-day basis.
Role Overview
This is an entry-level marketing role suited to candidates with some prior experience (e.g., internships or 1–2 years in a marketing environment, within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector).
The successful candidate will support the planning, execution, and analysis of brand activities, campaigns, and projects. The role requires someone who can quickly become independent, manage multiple priorities, and contribute effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Planning & Execution
- Support the development and execution of brand plans and tactical activities
- Deliver integrated, omnichannel marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives
- Monitor campaign performance and interpret KPIs to optimise future activity
- Apply customer-centric principles to enhance engagement and brand differentiation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a brand ambassador, reinforcing key messages across teams
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Coordinate with creative agencies, technology vendors, and internal teams to deliver projects end-to-end
- Support engagement across commercial and sales teams through relevant materials and resources
Execution Excellence
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting between lead and support roles
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes to enhance efficiency and agility
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and internal guidelines
- Identify risks and support mitigation during campaign planning and delivery
Measurement & Optimisation
- Track and report on campaign performance using key metrics and dashboards
- Analyse customer engagement, acquisition, and conversion data
- Support prioritisation of activities based on performance insights
- Assist in managing budget spend in line with forecasts
Requirements
Essential
- 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role (including internships)
- Exposure to the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with data, spreadsheets, and campaign reporting
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Experience with Veeva PromoMats or similar systems
- Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation platforms
- Understanding of multichannel or digital marketing campaigns
- Experience with email marketing tools and analytics
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in healthcare marketing
Qualifications
- Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
