Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Associate to join our Asset Management Marketing team. In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in executing high-impact marketing programs designed to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth initiatives.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for B2B marketing in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with our in-house marketing team, business line stakeholders, and agency partners.
- Assist in the planning, delivery, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, social, and web to support business development and client retention initiatives.
- Help organize and update marketing collateral such as sales brochures, fact sheets, event invitations, and presentations, ensuring materials are on brand and compliant with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with business, creative, and digital teams to translate financial concepts into clear, compelling marketing messages.
- Work with the team to monitor campaign performance and support the preparation of reports that track key metrics, supporting ongoing optimization.
- Coordinate updates to websites and our social media channel, ensuring timely, consistent, and relevant messaging.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Two to three years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services
- Experience assisting with or executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, print, and web channels
- Effective collaborator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms; experience updating website content is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, is a plus
- Basic experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro) is a plus
- Demonstrates sound judgment, reliability, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and take initiative.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred)
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000
The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis considering a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
