Overview
We are looking for a creative, highly motivated Marketing Associate to be the dedicated marketing engine behind our GEN-Y Door division. While you will be based out of our GEN-Y Hitch HQ in Nappanee, your total focus will be on growing, promoting, and building the GEN-Y Door brand.
The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who brings strong graphic design and video production skills to the table. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that highlights our doors, engages our audience, and supports our sales channels.
Responsibilities
- Brand Focus: Serve as the primary marketing point of contact and content creator dedicated exclusively to the GEN-Y Door brand.
- Graphic Design: Create high-quality visual assets for digital and print, including graphics, banners, brochures, product spec sheets, and promotional materials.
- Production & Editing: Shoot, edit, and produce engaging video and/or photo content – ranging from product demonstrations and installation guides to promotional brand videos for use on our website.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the GEN-Y Door operations and sales teams to ensure marketing materials align with current product offerings and sales goals.
Skills
- 2-3 years experience in a marketing, graphic design, or content creation role.
- Strong skills showcasing both graphic design and/or video editing skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Preferred proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro).
- Basic camera operating skills for shooting photo and video content on-site.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- A creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail and brand consistency.
Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
