The Role
- Lead the project coordination of global industry trade shows and pharmaceutical events from initial planning through to execution.
- Manage event-specific marketing campaigns to drive attendee engagement and maximize ROI for every showcase.
- Handle critical logistics including budget tracking, purchasing, external agency liaison, and international shipping requirements.
- Collaborate with a senior team of five marketing experts to refine brand messaging and presence on a global scale.
- Experience professional growth through potential international travel, specifically supporting major exhibitions in Germany.
What You'll Need
- A degree or relevant professional experience in B2B Marketing, Events Management, or a related business field.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically strong Excel skills for budget tracking and data management.
- Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to liaise with international stakeholders and external vendors.
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude suitable for a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
