Responsibilities
- Support product managers in the execution of marketing plans and campaign strategies
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing assets including invites, posters, and promotional videos
- Create and maintain campaign documentation including one-sheets, timelines, and project updates
- Collect, organize, and manage artist assets such as photos, artwork, logos, music, and bios
- Track and process marketing invoices and assist with budget documentation
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role (music, entertainment, or media industry experience preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
