We are a startup specializing in press-on nails, and we are looking for a motivated Marketing and Social Media Executives to join our team in Mumbai. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to building a brand that provides a fresh and luxurious experience to the press on the nails market in India, allowing customers to get salon-quality nails in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Trend Analysis: Stay on top of global beauty trends and integrate them into our marketing strategies.
- Social Media Management: Independently managing our Instagram account, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with our audience.
- Influencer Outreach: Identify and contact beauty influencers for collaborations, product reviews, and partnerships.
- Performance Marketing : Independently able to handle performance marketing on Meta platforms and ensuring brand building, generating demand and scaling business
- Partnerships & Offline business : Passionate about the brand and bring in complimenting partnerships to accelerate sales and generate sales through offline channels
- Content Creation: Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing and on-brand social media content.
- Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Community Engagement: Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages on time.
Requirements:
- Passionate about beauty and fashion, with a keen eye for the latest trends.
- Expert knowledge of performance marketing, Meta Ads and ensuring good ROAS
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in marketing, social media, or influencer outreach is a plus.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Luxury, or a related field.
- 1+ experience working in start-up or independently managing account of beauty product start-up for minimum 1 year

Qualifications
- 1-3 years' of marketing experience
- BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
