Responsibilities
Marketing Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of the annual marketing strategy.
- Oversee all marketing channels: digital, CRM, loyalty, OOH and retail activations as well as lead organisation of Photoshoots. Person is responsible for the full aesthetic of the company and brands it represents.
- Manage agency relationships and ensure strong ROI.
- Own and control the marketing budget.
- Drive performance analysis and optimisation across campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all markets.
Digital & CRM
- Oversee digital performance marketing and website optimisation.
- Spearhead the loyalty programme strategy and growth.
- Lead newsletter planning, segmentation and automation.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value.
International Commercial Operations
- Monitor sales performance, sell-through and margin by market and store, including Web operations.
- Analyse stock turnover and identify risks and opportunities.
- Participate in selection meetings and support order planning.
- Assist in preparation of order sheets and forecasting.
- Monitor shipments and stock flow.
- Support planning and coordination of new shop openings.
- Align marketing initiatives with commercial performance in each market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 2 – 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative
- Experience with social media
