  • Develop multimedia content, including video editing, motion graphics, and short‑form assets optimized for social and promotional use.
  • Translate complex program information into clear, compelling visual storytelling across reports, infographics, and social media content (video and static), highlighting impact and outcomes.
  • Design visual elements that enhance website UX and align with organizational brand standards.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet production specifications for both print and digital outputs, including correct file formats (e.g., PDF, EPS, PNG), color profiles (CMYK/RGB), and resolution standards (minimum DPI requirements).

  • Ensure all design work complies with AODA and WCAG accessibility standards and aligns with organizational brand guidelines.
  • Translate briefs into clear, compelling visual narratives, while developing original design concepts independently.
  • Apply a multicultural and inclusive lens to visual storytelling, ensuring content reflects diverse perspectives and resonates with community audiences.
  • Contribute to creative concepts and visual direction early in campaign development in collaboration with marketing and program teams.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all communication channels while adapting designs to suit platform‑specific needs.
