Talentnet's client is looking for Managing Director (Luxury & Lifestyle), who is responsible for leading Company’s global expansion and positioning the business as a recognized Vietnamese craft and lifestyle brand in international markets. The role focuses on driving sustainable business growth, strengthening brand identity, and building a scalable organization while preserving the company’s craftsmanship heritage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term global growth strategies, including market expansion, product portfolio development, and operating model optimization.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth while ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
- Lead brand positioning and creative direction, ensuring consistency across product development, design, communications, and collaborations.
- Expand international business presence across key markets such as Europe and the US through retail partnerships, exhibitions, B2B channels, and strategic alliances.
- Build scalable operations across R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and sales while maintaining product quality and craftsmanship standards.
- Strengthen organizational capabilities, leadership teams, governance, and company culture to support international growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields; advanced education is a plus.
- 10–15 years of leadership experience in roles such as CEO, General Manager, or Business Head.
- Strong background in luxury, premium, design-led, lifestyle, furniture, home decor, fashion, or craft-related industries.
- Deep understanding of the full value chain from design and manufacturing to commercialization.
- Proven experience in international market development, especially in Europe and/or the US.
- Strong strategic thinking, execution capability, and commercial acumen.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across creative, operational, and commercial functions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and risk management capabilities.
- Fluent English & Vietnamese is required.
