Plaza Premium Group is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the development of engaging, platform-native content that builds brand relevance, drives audience growth, and supports marketing and commercial objectives. Working closely with Marketing, Communications, E-Commerce, and regional teams, the role ensures social media is effectively leveraged for both brand storytelling and demand generation in a fast-evolving digital landscape.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute global social media strategy, with a focus on TikTok, short-form video, and emerging platforms.
  • Create and scale engaging, platform-native content that drives reach, engagement, and brand relevance.
  • Identify and experiment with new content formats, trends, creators, and channels to stay ahead of social media evolution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to support campaign amplification and drive traffic and conversions through social channels.
  • Partner with Brand and Communications team to align on brand voice, storytelling, and PR amplification across social platforms.
  • Lead influencer and KOL collaborations, including content co-creation and performance tracking.
  • Manage social media calendars and content planning across global and regional markets.
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, conversions) and continuously optimise content strategies.
  • Work with agencies, creators, and internal teams to produce high-quality, on-brand content at scale.
  • Develop social media playbooks and guidelines for regional teams to ensure consistency and best practices.

About you:

  • Strong experience in social media management, with deep expertise in TikTok and short-form video platforms.
  • Strong understanding of content trends, algorithms, and platform-native storytelling.
  • Creative mindset with ability to translate brand and product into engaging content.
  • Experience working with influencers, creators, and social-first campaigns.
  • Data-driven approach with ability to analyse performance and optimise content.
  • Good understanding of how social supports both brand building and commercial objectives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Agile, experimental, and comfortable operating in a fast-changing digital environment.
  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in social media, digital content, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in growing social media presence, particularly on TikTok or emerging platforms.
  • Experience in global or multi-market environments preferred.
  • Background in travel, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands is an advantage.
  • Experience managing agencies, creators, or production partners preferred.
