Responsibilities
- Build deep product knowledge of iconic watch brands and deliver exceptional, detail‑driven customer support – both in person and over the phone.
- Upload and refine product listings, manage and edit imagery, ensuring every piece online looks as premium as it should.
- Photograph watches, learning professional styling, lighting and editing techniques while supporting social media and marketing content.
- Manage digital assets, assist with merchandising presentation, and navigate internal systems as part of a collaborative team.
