Welcome to Lore: a collaboration between Chef Seth Stowaway (formerly of Michelin-starred Osito, Bar Agricole, Mister Jiu’s) and pastry chef Gabrielle Pabonan (formerly of The French Laundry, Osito, Tartine). Limited to just ten people each night, Lore is designed for intimate connection with Chef Seth, Gabrielle and fellow guests. Each event features a highly curated beverage and tasting experience, reflecting this creative duo’s authorship: fire + sweet, intuition + precision, memory + myth.
Lore will be hosting several events per month at a secret location in San Francisco. Guests will have a rare first look at Chef Seth’s next concept before it’s launched to the public. Your gift contains one ticket for use to attend any Lore Tasting Salon events.
