Position: Lead Recording & Audio Technician for Dynamic Event Production

In this vital role, you will supervise a diverse group of Work/Learn Student Technicians, ensuring professional quality in all recording and audio tasks. Your experience in audio and video production will shine as you navigate both technical challenges and creative processes in live events. Collaborating closely with event management and artist teams, you’ll bring projects to life through strategic guidance and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire and train a team of up to 10 student technicians

• Review and ensure quality of all audio-visual work

• Coordinate troubleshooting during live events

• Manage schedules for on-call technical support

• Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in a related audio or video field

• Technical degree or equivalent experience required

• Proficient in high-level audio and video systems

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends
