Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage and mentor Producers and Senior Producers
• Champion use of data for production improvements
• Align content monetization with business objectives
• Facilitate cross-team communication across studios
• Manage resources and vendor relationships efficiently
Requirements:
• 8+ years in game production, 3+ in management
• Track record in high-budget co-development
• Strong understanding of live-service operations
• Expertise in Jira/Confluence and project management tools
• Player-first mindset influencing production decisions
