About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and creatively driven Copywriter Lead who can lead a team of writers while developing compelling brand communication across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of copywriters and creative strategists.
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns across digital, social media, branding, and marketing platforms.
Write impactful copies for:
- Social media campaigns
- Brand films
- Digital ads
- Website content
- Performance marketing creatives
- Pitch presentations
- Influencer campaigns
- Develop brand tonality and communication strategies for clients across industries.
- Collaborate with art, design, and strategy teams to create integrated campaign ideas.
- Review and refine copies to maintain quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Participate in client discussions, brainstorming sessions, and campaign presentations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, pop culture, digital content trends, and emerging formats.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in copywriting within an advertising, digital marketing, or creative agency.
- Prior experience handling and mentoring a team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, brand communication, social media, and digital content.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working on FMCG, lifestyle, luxury, fashion, hospitality, D2C, or consumer brands is preferred.
- Candidates with integrated campaign experience will have an added advantage.
- Someone who can think strategically while being hands-on with execution.
