This hands-on leadership role focuses on the execution of 2D marketing and promotional materials. You will leverage your expertise in composition, lighting, and design while ensuring cohesive visual presentations through collaboration with various teams. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in graphic design fundamentals, with an emphasis on quality and craft excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead visual execution for storefront bundles and promotions
• Create high-fidelity in-engine captures and compositions
• Apply graphic design principles including typography and hierarchy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for visual consistency
• Develop effective workflows for a growing service pipeline
Requirements:
• 5+ years in game art, UI, or marketing art
• Proficiency in composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
• Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills, After Effects preferred
• Experience with game engines; strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities
