What You’ll Do
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Develop and deliver architectural macro space and layout plans, aligned F,H&B blueprints, formats, and Business strategy.
- Use data, insight, and space optimisation to maximise commercial opportunities across new and transformation stores.
- Collaborate with Space Planning, Store Design, BU and Retail teams to create aligned, future‑fit store environments. Work closely with Store Design teams to develop strong, future-proofed architectural macro plans aligned to Store Design principles.
- Produce high‑quality visualisations and plans that clearly communicate intent and support stakeholder decision making. Leverage visualisation tools to create high-quality, engaging plans and compelling schemes that clearly communicate intent and secure alignment and approval from stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage multiple projects at pace, ensuring delivery to deadlines, budgets, and governance frameworks including Stage Gate processes.
- Respond to change with pace and agility, making effective decisions while ensuring demand schedules and procurement requirements remain accurate and up to date.
- Oversee end-to-end procurement for loose equipment.
