Job Purpose:
Responsible for planning, executing, and managing influencer (KOL/KOC) campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee Live.
Key Responsibilities:
- KOL Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and campaign objectives.
- Identify suitable KOLs/KOCs based on brand positioning, content style, and audience demographics.
- Influencer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local influencers, agencies, and content creators.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and fees to ensure cost efficiency.
- Campaign Execution
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns — from briefing, content review, and posting schedule to performance tracking.
- Coordinate with the creative and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
- Performance Analysis
- Track, analyze, and report influencer campaign results (reach, engagement, sales contribution, ROI).
- Provide insights and recommendations for future optimization.
- Content Collaboration
- Work closely with the video production and creative teams to produce high-quality content for social media and live streaming.
- Support the development of KOL-led livestreams and TikTok Shop activations.
- Market Insights
- Stay updated on influencer trends, competitors’ KOL strategies, and platform algorithm changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in beauty/FMCG/e-commerce.
- Strong network with local influencers and agencies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with basic knowledge of performance tracking tools.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Chinese is a plus).
