We are seeking a KOL Specialist who is creative, organized, and highly tuned in to social media trends and creator landscapes. This role will focus on building and managing partnerships with influencers/KOLs to drive brand awareness, engagement, and campaign performance across digital platforms.
Job Descriptions
- Identify and approach relevant KOLs, influencers, and content creators aligned with brand objectives
- Manage end-to-end KOL collaborations, including outreach, negotiation, briefing, coordination, and follow-up
- Develop campaign ideas and creator strategies to maximize engagement and reach
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Maintain strong relationships with KOLs, agencies, and external partners
- Coordinate content timelines and ensure deliverables are completed according to schedule and brand guidelines
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral content formats, and emerging creators
Requirements
- Experience in handling KOL/influencer marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Strong understanding of social media trends and creator ecosystems
- Good communication and relationship management skills
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple collaborations simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
