Job Description:
- Develop and lead end-to-end KOL/influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall brand and business objectives.
- Take ownership of campaign planning, execution, and optimization to ensure high-impact and performance-driven results.
- Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with top-tier KOLs, influencers, agencies, and communities.
- Lead KOL sourcing and vetting processes across multiple digital platforms to ensure relevance, audience fit, and ROI.
- Oversee campaign execution, including briefing, negotiation, content alignment, timeline management, and deliverables.
- Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and business teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in KOL handling, campaign execution, and stakeholder management.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are delivered within scope, timeline, and performance targets.
- Maintain and scale a high-quality KOL database to support ongoing and future campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale KOL campaigns and delivering measurable results.
- Strong and well-established network with KOLs, influencers, agencies, and digital communities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Leadership skills with experience mentoring or supervising team members is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Performance-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Permata Hijau Jakarta Selatan.
